"No me respetaron la reserva. A pesar de que en Hoteles.com ofrecían pagar en el alojamiento me contactaron sugiriéndome consignar antes. Al final no viaje al hotel. Ya no podía confiar en el sitio."

"The apartment was not well cleaned because of its high volume of previous use and was poorly maintained.
