"The Hacienda was great!! I love the place; however, the location was not great for us because it was in the south side of Mรฉrida which looked isolated and there were no restaurants or shops or a way to walk around outside of the hotel. We canceled the second night and went to the north side which is more tourist friendly. Overall it was a good place. "
