Royalton Saint Lucia, An Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resort
8/10 Good
"Beautiful location, very picturesque. The pools are great to lounge by since the beach is not too big and gets crowded. Beware the beaches are public so you will be approached by local vendors not associated with the resort, and will ask for a tip or donation.
The bartenders and staff are very nice. And the tour staff are exceptional, highly recommend the boat tour. All of the restaurants have pretty good food options. We enjoyed Zen and Calypso the most.
There are shows or music every night so be aware there will be loud music coming from the central stage area at the center of the resort until 11 some is that you will be able to hear in your room. The shows are fun though.

"The main building of the property including the rooms and the dining room and bar were kept very clean. The staff members were generally friendly. Special thanks to Garfield for arranging our catamaran tour with Sea Spray Cruises and Vanessa in the dining room for her consistently cheery service. We purchased the all inclusive plan and found the food to be very good. The beach was a short walk away and stores and restaurants were nearby. Nice, locally owned boutique resort."
"Overall, the resort was decent. The food was good and most of the staff were friendly. However, the property definitely needs some upgrades. Some of the equipment seems outdated, and our room had issues such as a broken doorknob and a broken locker, which should have been fixed before guests arrive.
Excursions Arranged Through the Resort
Communication about the excursions arranged through Sea Cruise needs significant improvement. When we booked the Toug Bay excursion, the resort staff never mentioned that the trip does not include both the mud bath and the volcano view. The brochure also failed to clearly state that it is either one or the other, not both.
The Sea Cruise staff member, Cortney, was also unclear when explaining the trip details. Because of the lack of proper information, we ended up missing out on the mud bath experience entirely, which was very disappointing.
We also felt rushed during the waterfall stop, which took away from the overall experience. As a group, we felt the excursion was not worth the money, especially if you are not particularly interested in snorkeling."
Secrets St. Lucia Resort & Spa All Inclusive Adults Only
10/10 Excellent
"The view from our room of the beach and ocean was good. The staff was very hospitable, competent and gracious. We enjoyed everything about the resort except a couple of restaurants had less than outstanding food. The majority of restaurant options were very good."
"The resort was exceptional. The place, staff were outstanding. The view was beautiful
The food at the resort was disappointing.
I would give it a C rating. The location of the resort unfortunately was approximately one
and a half hours from the airport. Car service was painful! Once there. it became complicated to travel to other places to dine
BTY. their. excuse for a breakfast buffet was
inferior even in comparison to a number of
all inclusive resorts we’ve attended ,
"
"Amazing staff, resort is immaculate. Pool is nice. Beach is lovely. If you’re not a big eater/drinker, do the Bed & Breakfast option- huge breakfast buffet - and then we paid for dinner ( usual Caribbean island prices- $20 burger, $10 fries…. Better onsite restaurants $38-$75. "
"An excellent resort providing a good balance of charming accommodation, very good staff, in a lovely natural environment.
Swimming pools were good, and the addition of free Pilates and other exercise classes were a welcome surprise.
Good location for visiting other attractions.
We also liked the owner’s philosophy of protecting the environment and supporting local producers "
