I was not happy with the respond time from management in regards to washer/dryer not functioning,wasted the whole afternoon waiting for them to come fix it and they did not show up until much later, also paid 1 extra day via cash but waited a few days for a copy of receipt after multiple texting/email/phone calls that went unanswered. "Hotel is 30 minute walk from ben tanh market on a straight road which is great. Nice area and felt safe. The hotel generally was ok but definitely not 4 star. Limited breakfast options, no safe in room, unsafe loose plugs and the bathroom drains not consistent. So overall an ok stay in a good area as we spend little time within the hotel itself. "

"Great stay in a lovely hotel. Great location and room. No bedroom window but that didn’t bother me too much as at least there was no exterior noise. Would have been even better if they could provide breakfast, but the hotel is located above a circle k convenience store and only a 5 min walk to a supermarket so not too problematic. Lots of restaurants nearby and close to walking street for nightlife. "
