"Location is great. That’s it. The rest is terrible or very basic. The rooms are probably from 1980 or earlier (see the photos). The price per room is around 300 euro per night. This is the lowest standard we ever been to considering the fee. Rude and arrogant receptionist (the blonde one). Room dirty see the photos. I would rather sleep in a car than stay in this room. "
"The room was poorly cleaned on our first day with stained carpets. There was never anyone around at the pool/sauna desk and nobody could explain if the sauna was included or charged so we didn’t use it. Breakfast was reasonable with good choices. A lot of children staying here so better for families I think. I would say that despite being in the four star section, it was more like a three star. No minibar or room service menu. Pool was enjoyable although the hot tub was filled with children so...
"We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, because it's a quiet and charming location just few steps from the lake. The staff is very kind and the hotel also offers and organizes several activities on or near the lake.
Also the jams at breakfast are worth to mention."
"We love this hotel. It is in the perfect location for everything you need and the facilities are fantastic. We enjoyed using the pool every day and the activities available throughout the week including the live music and kids club. The staff are amazing and extremely friendly and helpful in all areas of the hotel - we look forward to coming back again soon. Hannah & Jeremiah :)"
"Overall very nice room and hotel in a charming town. Breakfast selection was great and offer of parking for a small daily 5 eur fee. Bed was relatively comfortable. One very large pillow was not to my taste, would rather 2 normal sized ones. Lack of air con made sleeping tough, there was a fan but needed to open the window to cool down which lead to the noise of cars outside the room."
"Beautiful home in a beautiful location! The mountain view from the bedroom and bathroom is unbeatable! The host was gracious and easy to reach. Loved our stay! "
"Loved our stay here and can imagine coming back in the winter. The ski slopes are just by the hotel, the hotel is comfortable and pleasant, and the area is just amazing! The spa is super nice too to relax in after a day of hiking, or skiing in winter. "
