"Location is great. That’s it. The rest is terrible or very basic. The rooms are probably from 1980 or earlier (see the photos). The price per room is around 300 euro per night. This is the lowest standard we ever been to considering the fee. Rude and arrogant receptionist (the blonde one). Room dirty see the photos. I would rather sleep in a car than stay in this room. "

"The room was poorly cleaned on our first day with stained carpets. There was never anyone around at the pool/sauna desk and nobody could explain if the sauna was included or charged so we didn’t use it. Breakfast was reasonable with good choices. A lot of children staying here so better for families I think. I would say that despite being in the four star section, it was more like a three star. No minibar or room service menu. Pool was enjoyable although the hot tub was filled with children so...

"We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, because it's a quiet and charming location just few steps from the lake. The staff is very kind and the hotel also offers and organizes several activities on or near the lake. Also the jams at breakfast are worth to mention."

"We love this hotel. It is in the perfect location for everything you need and the facilities are fantastic. We enjoyed using the pool every day and the activities available throughout the week including the live music and kids club. "Vasja is a fabulous host, who greets visitors with a welcome drink & plenty of regional insight. The apartments are designed for big groups with multiple beds in multiple rooms. While we only stayed for 2 nights, things are set up nicely for week-long stays. Breakfasts are delicious and locally sourced. Bovec is reasonably convenient (35-40 min) to ski slopes in Italy. It’s also in the heart of beautiful natural wonders. Driving the mountain roads nearby is exhilarating."
