Food in the hotel's restaurant was delicious but the breakfast hours were later in the morning and didn't work for our schedule. "It took them almost a day to just get me the keys to the main door of my unit. My bathroom stank and I had no access to my wifi inside my room; and both remained unfixed. They didn't pay subscriptions to renew channels on TV and the worst was my room's TV had its wires cut. I had Expedia on one hand who reached out to the manager and yet they refused to compensate or even make changes. Please avoid this establishment if you can."

"The front desk and staff were excellent. The room did not have fresh linen when we checked it, and the bedding had stains and was not fresh. The front desk was courteous and changed the bedding with fresh linen on our request. The restaurant is nice, the location is convenient, and overall the property and staff are very good. "

The rooms were clean, stylish, and cozy. Room service were excellent. Food was great and service was attentive and efficient.I always stay here whenever I visit kochi.
