"So this is priced like the peninsula, however it’s just not there. The mattress is very good, the rooms are large, but the upkeep and standards aren’t there. I had used toiletries in the room and intermittent hot water. (I’m a western traveller) That said. The service is really good. The staff will go whatever mile you need them to.
