썩 괜찮은 료칸

친절한 직원들이 함께하는 물이 정말 좋았던 료칸. 물이 미끌거리는데 하나도 찝찝하지 않고 깨끗하고 너무 좋았다. 프라이빗 온천이 딸린 방이었는데, 물 온도가 다소 뜨거웠던 것 외에는 모든 것이 완벽했다. 음식도 무척 맛있었는데, 살짝 아쉬운 것은 양이 많지는 않았다는 것. 보통 가이세키 먹고 나면 배가 좀 부르고 포만감을 느끼는 경우가 많은데, 여기서의 음식 양은 속이 든든하다고 할 정도는 아니었음. 그래도 맛있음. 그런데 이 료칸은 외국인이 거의 없는, 현지인들이 많은 곳이어서 그런지, 직원들의 영어가 유창하다고 느끼진 않았음. 그래도 워낙 친절하였기에 의사소통에 큰 문제는 없었음. 가격은 좀 있는 편이나, 후회하지 않을 만한 썩 괜찮은 숙박이었음.

Nice Room close to the lake, very friendly staffs

We stay there 1 night as 3 woman in a different age, and everyone really enjoy everything in the hotel. We had both dinner and breakfast and we love them.The staffs are very nice and helpful even they have limited English skill but we talk to them by using Google Trans. Both private onsen and common hotel are great! We all love this hotel.

信件提問置之不理

出發前在飯店詢問相關問題，飯店完全置之不理，詢問是否有巴士搭乘，再無任何回覆下拖著大行李搭公車前往，真的超不舒服，是我這十多年來第一次碰到這樣的溫泉飯店；而且該飯店資深員工更是對外籍客無善意，非常不推此家溫泉飯店。

A traditional hotel near the lake

A very nice and quiet hotel located at the side of the Lake Shikotsu-ko, you can have a morning walk along side of the Lake. Staffs are very polite, and food is good. They have free coffee and tea room, that you can enjoy it any time during your stay. They have onsen at the hotel is nice, if you like to spend more, you can have the private onsen in your room. However, the price is a bit expansive to me.

残念でした

露天風呂付客室に宿泊しましたが、夕食を済ませて部屋に戻ると、煙草の臭いが充満していました。ダクト部分から流れてきているようでしたが、臭いが強くかなり不快でした。あとは外の行燈が点かず、部屋の灯りをとって入浴しましたが、母は暗いからやめる言い夜は入浴しませんでした。トラブルがあらかじめわかっていたのなら、入浴時間を考えることができたので、事前に説明が必要だったと思います。きちんとした謝罪もなく、何ヶ月も前から楽しみにしていたのでとても残念でした。

どれを取っても最高のお薦めホテル

2回目の宿泊だが、ホテル全体、部屋、風呂、サービス、食事のどれを取っても素晴らしい。 目の前は支笏湖で、部屋からは当然湖が見えるし、1階と2階にある休憩所からも当然湖が見え、またそこでは無料のお茶をいただくことができる。 大変お薦めのホテルです。

不值這價格, 最差的一次日本溫泉旅館經驗

早晚餐味道, 種類, 質素非常一般, 客房舊, 溫泉露天風呂水溫不熱. 露天風呂景觀沒有什麼特別! 桑拿竟然沒有開動設備, 這旅館質素一點都不值這價格, 這次住宿是浪費時間及金錢! 住宿過其他平宜點的日式溫泉旅館還要好得多! 出發前旅館已確實留位了札幌送迎巴士「名湯ライナー」, 還提醒如不能搭乘, 要通知旅館因為巴士會一直等待. 但當日送迎巴士竟於預約時間前已離去, 是其他司機及工作人員告訴我的, 那司機就是停放了送迎巴士原先位置! 致電旅館, 職員只告訴到千歲機場改搭的士$6000YEN, 沒有告訴有其他方法 (其實是可以到千歲機場改搭中央巴士$1030 YEN)! 亦沒有解釋為什麼送迎巴士會於預約時間前已離去! 是否根本沒有成功留位? 職員英文不好, 只可單字及公式化對話, 多問一些已不能溝通了, 例如問早餐食多少時間, 職員已不明白!
