"I want to start this by saying, I’m a Hilton rewards member and frequent their hotels as I travel for business. The Graduate did not live up to their typical standards. The bathroom had no toilet paper holder so you just had the tp on the granite counters that condensate when the shower is running because the exhaust fan didn’t work. The shower basin was covered in these black stains as if someone just dyed their hair in there. There was only one towel on the rack but there was one other one under the sink. When I pulled it out a clump of hair came with it. There was also no ice or vending on our floor even though there was signs and hookups. Now we were barely in the room and it was fine enough to sleep in but didn’t live up to my expectations for Hilton. We called ahead and were told the rooftop bar would be open which is part of the reason we chose this hotel over others but it doesn’t open until next week. Food was decent and the restaurant but there’s better/cheaper options right outside."

"Stayed 2 nights. The place is totally run down. A stench of stale beer, vomit, and rotting trash in the hallways. Dogs barking and people yelling all night long. At any point I was expecting to find bedbugs in the sheets (thankfully none appeared) or cockroaches (blessed not to have seen any). In the room (which seemed like it hadn't updated since the 1970s), the furniture was chipped, and walls were very sloppily painted-over, and the closet no longer had a door on it. Oh, and the refrigerator had very loud compressor cooling cycles. I don't think I could return here unless I was absolutely desperate."

"I was attending the VPMIA conference and was treated really well by the staff. Everyone at this hotel was friendly, polite and just all around "good people". The food was great and my room was super quiet."

"Clean room, great bathroom, nice sheets. We loved the free shuttle that dropped us off for dinner!"

"This hotel was the absolute worst we have ever stayed at, they put us in a room between rooms that had construction going on and when we ask to please move they yelled at us and told us we could leave. I got expedia to issue a refund, when the manager came down she beat on the door and told us to leave immediately because she was made to issue a refund. We told her that we were packing and we were almost done, she left and came back 5 mins later yelling an cussing in front of my 5 year old niece. She threatened us with law enforcement and when we said that we would be happy to call them ourselves.She spit in my husband's face.But she was recording on her phone, and when my husband said that he was pressing charges, she slammed our door and ran her fat ass back to her office. When I say that these are the nastiest, most disgusting people.I have ever encountered in my forty five years on this planet.I am not kidding.Do not stay here"

"The guy who checked us in was extremely rude, even going as far as to yell at my boyfriend when he asked him to repeat himself. Then we are put out back where it already looks like there's homeless and drug deals happening. Shirtless men hanging out on the walk way smoking cigarettes and drinking beer greeted us on oir way to our room. Once we get inside, it reeks of cigarettes, dirty, and the smoke detector is no where to be found. (Came across is later on top of the clothes rack) My boyfriend went to get yhe rest of our belongings from the car as it didnt feel safe to leave anything in there. On his way back up he was then accosted by a homeless man who wouldnt let him come back to the room without giving him some of our things. If not for another guest coming along, he wouldnt have been able to get away from the man without getting physical. The rest of the night we prayed for morning to come so we could sneak out of there after people fell into their drug or alcohol induced sleeps. NEVER COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE ON AN EPISODE OF COPS!!!"
