"My spouse and I stayed here for two days during our trip to Panama City, and overall we had a good time. The place itself was nice, clean, and we enjoyed our stay for the most part. However, there were a few issues that really affected our experience and are important for other travelers to know. First, they do not accept Chime, which was frustrating. Chime is a legitimate bank, and that should be made clear ahead of time so people can plan accordingly. That caused unnecessary inconvenience when we arrived. Second, the room did not match what we booked. We specifically chose a room with a tub, but when we got there, there was no tub at all. The pictures online are a bit misleading because they don’t always reflect the actual room you’ll get, so that’s something to be aware of. Most importantly, my wife is wheelchair-bound, and there was no proper shower accessibility in the room. That made things very difficult for us. Accessibility should not be overlooked, and I really feel like that needs to be better communicated and accommodated. Like I said, we did enjoy parts of our stay, but these issues made a big impact. I would just advise future guests to double-check details about payment methods, room features, and accessibility before booking. It’s a decent place, but based on this experience, I’m not sure if we would return."

"We arrived on Friday, April 24, and after taking a shower that evening, the tub became completely clogged. Since then, the shower has remained unusable. Today is Saturday, April 25, and we have been unable to properly shower due to the backed-up tub. I was asked by the manager to wait while the issue was being addressed. The maintenance worker who came was kind, professional, and clearly worked hard to try to resolve the problem. Unfortunately, despite his efforts, the issue was never fixed. What has been most frustrating is that no accommodations or alternative solutions were offered while we remained without access to a working shower. I felt that my basic needs and concerns were dismissed by both the front desk staff and management. Being unable to shower during a vacation stay is a serious inconvenience and should have been handled with more urgency and care. "

"Our tv did not work at all, but overall was a good stay for the one night we were passing through. We will definitely be back to the area, my teen daughter LOVED all the bikers and how friendly they were to her. "

"I like to stay at Radisson hotel. The beach front was beautiful. The room was nice and big. The only thing I was worried while stayed there was my parking. Because my car was rental. Thats why I was worried about that. But it turned out good. "
