"Perfect "

"Room 207 stank of Urine.We moved to room 106 which smelt better but had bugs in the shower Toilet room.The shower soap dispensor was empty. The breakfast was basically poor. No fruit,small frozen omelet and dry hamburgers. The bed was clean and comfortable."

"The room had bubbled ceiling paint, the air conditioner was exremely loud and rickity, the bed was not comfortable, there were people all over sitting outside at all hours smoking pot and other drugs, the door latches seemed unsafe, there were 2 bugs crawling on the sink in the bathroom area, tub/shower drain was broke, internet box made humming noises all night (high on wall). I didn't feel safe at all. Took all of my luggage inside out of my vehicle."

"Staff was wonderful, rooms are nicely appointed. Pool area is great. Hotel is still working on bringing back the restaurant and tiki bar, and we can’t wait to visit again when that’s up and running. "

"First of all, the room as well as the bathroom were dirty. The sink was used and filthy and there was food (olive and crumbs) under the bed which was disgusting. Unfortunately there is no personnel on site to attend to. We were there for just a weekend and it was my husband's birthday so we didn't have time to figure out how we should address our complaints immediately. Furthermore, the entire house was extremely cold and the guests are not able to adjust the temperature! We were freezing at night and it felt so uncomfortable that we decided to depart one day earlier than intended. Before we wrote this review, we sent an email, politely explaining the situation and asking for some sort of refund. However, the answer clearly showed that nobody even read our email properly and how they declined the refund was totally irrelevant to our complains. Last but not least, this is not a hotel! It is an old and tired house that hasn't been updated in decades. "

"We chose this hotel because it was not a "chain" and it was located in water. We were not prepared for how old it is. Attempts had been made to update but the new flooring and furniture were very cheap products. Thankfully it was clean or we would not have stayed. Was not a good value for our money."
