"Staff is very pleasant and made us feel very welcome. Chingola only has 3 actual hotels to stay in. This is a good safe hotel with a compound to park our landcruiser. As a world traveler this is not fancy but for Zambia its a good hotel. Coean, hot water for the showers. "

"We never stayed in the place. There was a security at the gate who gave us keys and we had to figure out where the accommodation was. We left and checked in at a hotel in town. Can I please get a refund of what I paid?"
