The selection was limited and the quality did not meet expectations. Additionally, the restaurant staff could benefit from more training in how they interact with guests, as the service did not feel as attentive or polished as it could be. What I got was a filthy, infested dump that doesn't even deserve two stars, charging prices comparable to actual five-star properties like the Pan Pacific Yangon (where I fortunately moved after just two nights).From the moment I checked in, it was a nightmare:The room was dirty with visible grime. Cockroaches scurried around openly. The toilet was constantly blocked (even when empty), and when I called for help, a staff member tried to unclog it with his bare hand wrapped in a plastic bag – no plunger, utterly unhygienic! I woke up covered in insect bites from the bed bugs or whatever was infesting the linens. Basic amenities were missing: body soap and shampoo dispensers were completely empty on arrival. When I requested refills, staff showed up with diluted mixtures in old water bottles, half-filled the dispensers, refused to top them up properly, and then tracked muddy footprints all over the bathroom floor and even onto the towels.
