"Best staff I’ve ever met in all my travels - it’s a little paradise just outside of town"

"Decent place to book that is not in the busy sun world area"

"Very clean, beautiful view and the family was wonderful."

"Lovely place in the outskirts of Sapa. Large rooms, clean and quiet. Will stay here again. "

"Staff was very helpful and nice but it looks better online than in person"

"I picked Sapaxa as I wanted to experience Sapa much closer to nature. There are only 8 cottages so it is such an itimate vibe. Mua really helped with everything that you need and really my made my stay so much better. The bed is one of the most comfortable bed you'll ever sleep on! An hour hike away is a Hmong village, easy hike and do not miss out on the herbal bath in the village. The water pressure in the shower is not the best but the hot water at least is very good. "A beautiful view that changes as the day progresses. It's such a calming experience when compared to the pace and noise of Sapa. Being walking distance from both a Hmong and a Dao village. The restaurant breakfast has an ever changing menu and you overlook the rice fields and the Lau Chai village below. "Amazing homestay"

"Super kind staff. We enjoyed staying here."

"I made a card payment in advance at Expedia and showed the receipt screen, but I was forced to pay cash on site. I was ignored when I asked to contact a middleman if your hotel was listed on Expedia by the middleman."

"The staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was small, but clean and comfortable."

"Great place. Lovely staff. Nice location for hiking. Sauna and bath!"

"Super nette Menschen und Personal, die super zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit sind"

"Great location. Nice big bed. Listing for breakfast doesn’t match actual and front desk is not 24 hours "

"Nous avons réservé deux chambres au même prix une etait tres simple sans fenêtre l’autre en VIP ?? Bon emplacement petit déjeuner tres basique Souvent personne a l’accueil "

"No recommendable hotel."

"2回目です。以前のスタッフさん達がいませんでしたが、皆さん大変親切でした。部屋は綺麗で窓が大きくてベランダからは景色がよく見えます。朝はうっすらニワトリや犬の鳴き声が聞こえてのどかです。マーケットまで少し歩きますが、道は分かりやすいし橋渡るだけでアクセスは良いし静かに過ごせます。プールは野外なので多少ゴミが少し浮いてます。"

"Great location, amazing view from room, delicious breakfast, outstanding customer service. Owner was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed 5 nights there with my family and we absolutely loved it. Little vilage is very nice, lots of options to eat."
