"The staff is very friendly and check in was very prompt. I have no complaints about the condition of the room as everything was very clean and the air-conditioning worked great. My only complaint is not about the hotel itself. However, I would suggest that the staff make note of the people who were in the room above me, that in future stays, they need to be placed on the bottom floor. They were extremely loud all night long until approximately 5 AM. "
