"I chose this hotel for the pool and hot tub. Unfortunately, the hot tub was not working. My husband asked a staff member if they thought it might be fixed for the following day. Nope, it had been out of service for about 5 years. It an older model and they are not able to find parts. We did go swimming. It's a good sized pool, but the water was murky. I did like the in/out cobcept of the pool. The workout area was adequate. I like that it was close to the outlets and nice upcoming shopping area. There's also a large Bads Pro Shop about 10 minutes away. It's also close to a small casino."

"Staff was friendly and helpful. Good fitness facility that we got to use. Breakfast was decent. Free parking is a huge help. Wish they have airport shuttle."

"Very disappointed due to their false advertising. Need to update their website because the hot tub was closed and boarded over so it hasn’t been used in some time. Two of the machines in the gym were broken (one treadmill and the elliptical) and the bench for the free weights was broken as-well. Curtains in the room didn’t fully close so it was very bright in the morning. There was what looked like blood stains on the sheer curtains. We had to get the keycards replaced 6 times because they continuously didn’t work on the doors. Front desk was very helpful and apologetic about the keycards. I wasn’t expecting much but somehow it still fell short of my expectation."

"restaurants and bars were not open, carpet was filthy looked like it had not been cleaned or vacuumed in months. no hot water for shower. no coffee. very run down."
