Love this place! Very clean, modern, great amenities ans the staff are amazing (except for the night bartender, not friendly at all and disliked we wanted to use our drink tickets). My son had left his ipods in the room when we checked and when we returned a week later they had them waiting for us to pick up. Very impressed with their honesty!! Convenience store attached to the property and transportation by train conveniently a block away. I would stay here again.

I traveled alone and wanted to stay somewhere busy to feel safe! This hotel was awesome. It is conveniently located in the center of everything in Shinjuku . It is within walking distance of where many tourist locations leave from and I loved having a 7’11 and other stores right downstairs . The bathroom is huge and the sleeping area is a little small , but that did not bother me one bit: If I traveled with family , ai would look into larger rooms: If you want a taxi, it is right downstairs . and everyday , some kind of activity ( food trucks. drones: . shows . etc. )One small issue was trying to get tv language to english, but who cares about t.v. when you are in Japan! I will stay here again !
