The whole service was wonderful, they helped us to set the laundry machine they helped with advice to find souvenirs at down town and. Gave us a ride to the bus stop for the way back! They helped us to clean a blouse with a hard stain. In general, they were able to run an “extra mile” to met our traveling needs! Thank you hotel team!

SUPER SMALL ROOMS - NOT COMFORTABLE
The hotel is good for a quick stay but not for extended time or various days. The rooms are tiny! and bathroom is also incredibly small with very limited stay.

Awesome View on the 5th floor
Friendly, comfortable, very clean and basic daily breakfast. My only complaint is that your room key has be reactivated every day at the front desk. Very INCONVENIENT. Great price!

Good hotel for business travel
This is a great hotel for a short business stay. Don’t expect the same comfort as in other hotels. The walls are a bit on the thin side, the overall distribution of the room makes it look smaller than it really is. The pros: the very accommodating staff, the breakfast service, the WiFi. The cons: the toiletries, the thimble sized shower, and the ventilation-less bathroom.

Weekend in town for family party
This is the second time that I stay at this hotel. My first time was OK due to location, price and service but this time I got disappointed for different things such as poor customer service, especially from the kitchen staff. The breakfast was good but it would be better if you change it a little bit for people staying more than one night. We stayed 4 nights and they had the same menu every morning. The room was not completely clean when we got there, I saw a couple of hairs here and there. Although we put the "keep out" sign, they still got into the room to clean it. One thing that I really liked was that we had to activate the key cards if we left early morning and came back late in the evening, they explained that it was for security reasons and I agree. I think I'd recommend it for people staying a maximum of 2 nights.

Nice but small
great hotel to stay if you're going alone.. or with someone else separately. The elevator is super small but cute & room had twin size beds.. its nice if its two single people going. Breakfast was delicious! Chilaquiles refried beans egg & ham fruit cereal toast etc i was expecting two regular size beds & got two twin size beds.. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY when it comes to the size of the beds

Very good location
We stayed at city express Chihuahua for two nights; what we liked the most about it was its convenient location, right on the highway to Ciudad Juárez and at the same time easy to move to downtown Chihuahua.

Enjoy your stay in Chihuahua for the best price.
Its great that they have laundry with a very competitive prices, also you can always ask for Iron and they have everything for your clotches. The breackfast buffet is very good. This hotel exceed my expetations in regards the price I paid. Also, the reception staff are very friendly and well trainned.

Disappointing hotel
Booked this hotel for an overnight stay because of its location close to the main road at the north end of Chihuahua. It was actually difficult to get to by car because the hotel is located on the east side of the main road and coming from the north one has to drive way south before finding a retorno to the hotel. Rooms are tiny, very basic. Bed only had sheets and a thin cotton bedspread. Had to ask for blankets at the reception and they gave two little thin blankets. The temperature in Chihuahua in December dips down to freezing at night. Yes, there is an A/C/Heating unit in the room but who wants to run that noisy thing all night! Had to use the bath towels for extra cover to keep warm.

north of city
We picked this hotel on the north side of Chihuahua, so we could leave early and miss more traffic. This was a nice hotel with a good breakfast. The thing that we did not like was the air conditioner that kept cycling on and off all night. This caused us to NOT sleep well. There was no way to set a fan to run and not shut off.

a one-night stay with very few money is ok.
a budget hotel. very small room and least equipped. Even no hair dryer in the bathroom. breakfast is awful. Internet was slow and often dropped. For one night sleep is ok, but can't stay longer. one of the girl at the receiption can't speak English, however they tried the best to help!

First night the air conditioning was broken - after significant prodding, they moved me to a new room, which has VERY LOUD air conditioning. Wifi works well. Neighborhood is desolate. Very basic hotel, small room, just fine for a business trip hotel - but no extra amenities.

There is nothing fancy about this hotel, but if all your looking is for somewhere to sleep, then this is it. Can't beat the price. I only have one complaint, that the air conditioner is too loud, but it does work great. The staff goes out of their way to accommodate, as long as you ask.
