This was the worst experience ever. Arriving at hotel the room did not looked like the pictures on Expedia. It was horrible and on top of that the AC did not work. I called reception they moved me to another room but the TV did not work there. So at last for the third time I was moved to another room and finally the room looked like the pictures on expedia but the whole experience was horrible and I am not going back.

El hotel muy bien sus instalaciones, pero cuando llegue a hacer el check Inn me dijeron que la suite por la pagué y reservé, no estaba disponible, que no sabían porque no había disponibilidad, pasé un momento muy desagradable y mal trato por parte del joven de recepción, me incomode bastante hasta que resolvieron mi situación.
