The property was clean and the staff was helpful. The outside of the hotel had much to be desired. The hotel was surrounded by businesses and warehouses, not too many restaurants around. The major drawback was the fact the entire hotel AC was not working. During the day in June it was hot and unbearable. The did have some fans but not enough for the entire hotel. It made sleeping uncomfortable at night. Once they gave us a fan, it was a bit more manageable but not ideal.

"If you are flying into or out of Milan, this hotel is perfect. It’s a five minute walk from baggage claim. The breakfast spread is awesome (lots of gluten free options). The staff is super friendly and very accommodating."
