"The hotel was close to the port which was great. It saved us taxi money. It was also so close to the beautiful shopping district and many restaurants. The staff was very helpful and attentive. The veeakfast buffet was impeccable. The only downside (and it was a big one for us) was the loud music playing to the late hours of the night from the bar across the street. We couldnt sleep. "The hotel staff was extraordinary. From the restaurant staff to the breakfast crew, they met our every need with a smile. The front desk helped us with tours, directions, reservations, ferry times and everything in between. We felt very valued and cared for.
