"Very helpful when we arrived (too early for check-in)--they let us store our bags there while we went out and about and gave us a map that they marked up to show where we were and where we said we wanted to go. The hotel was very clean, and the breakfast had plenty of variety. Will stay there next time I'm in Genova. "

"beautiful historic building with cozy indoor library/workspace/lounge and a lovely rooftop terrace. staff was super friendly and helpful (and multi-lingual!). breakfast was solid and well worth the extra fee. excellent central location in old town genova, easily walkable to many points of interest and public transit. overall fantastic value, will definitely book again. He explained the room well and was very attentive when we whatsapped questions, the bed was huge and very comfortable, the room spacious and the bathroom was lovely too, close to the train station for further travel and close to main shopping street if you need anything"

"I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. It is in the Centro Storica, just steps from the Teatro Felice. However, it is located on a little side street off of via Roma, so it is very quiet and peaceful. The hotel is clean and modern, and the staff was pleasant, professional and very helpful concerning questions about the city."
