Best hotel north of Lima on the way there my taxi driver called it the Caesar’s palace of Peru! I loved the hotel it had great food and you get a free drink for staying

Check-in was quick and easy, room was clean and the air conditioning worked great. We ate in the restaurant for supper and it was absolutely amazing! The pool looks lovely, but we did not have time for a swim. We had to leave early for an excursion and they had a packed breakfast ready for us, which was lovely. The chocolate cake was amazing. Checkout was also easy and quick. The location was close to the grocery store that had a bank machine. This hotel met our needs very well and the price was great!

Room needs updating. The curtains are not like black out shades. Main complaint is the noise from the music in the bar on Fridays and Saturday nights. I could not sleep until 1:30 am.

Breakfast buffet was supposed to run until 11 am, closed at 10:30. Towels were not without blemish, but was charged extra for dirty towels. charged extra for having breakfast brought up to suite. they had an event going on and lots of noise. be caeful on weekends, and just be ready to pay extra.

Ok but not ok

The pool area rather disappointing it’s was not as nice as pictured, no umbrellas no shade, and the floor around was super slippery I think they did a wrong treatment (polished) almost every kids slipped while I was there and I almost did too by just walking coming out from the pool so dangerous. It’s a very noisy and busy hotel. breakfast is limited. It won’t be my first choice next time.

Das personal war schlecht qualifiziert und nicht in der lage entscheidungen zu treffen. Man dürfe keinen besuch auf dem zimmer haben. Einen peruanischen personalausweis haben sie ebenfalls nicht akzeptiert (in peru). Abstand halten von dem hotel!
