"I am sorry to say that our stay was unexpectedly very bad. Even as we checked in the property was cold. There was NO HEATING and no HOT WATER. After many tephone calls we were told that the we boiler was not functioing. We were given grossly inadequate heaters which did little to correct the situation. "The hotel was basic, with all the usual stuff you find in an Ibis. The building and room were very outdated, but the room was clean and did the job for 1 night sleep before an early morning flight. The only 2 things I did not like was the lack of extra pillows ( the 2 pillows in the room were very thin) and the overpriced stay rate for what it is. Apart from this, the basic was provided."
