Hotel Felix River North/Magnificent Mile

Hotel Riu Plaza Chicago
My maim complaint was the fact that the property wanted to charge an exorbitant fee to check-in early. If the rooms are available, it seems it should be a nominal fee. Also, the front desk staff was not particularly friendly or understanding.
