We love The Moxy! My wife and I will always choose a Moxy if a city has one. They have the best atmosphere and arw always accommodating. Love the bar and the food options.

good location for shopping/walking. Front staff was friendly. VERY loud guests both night. Came in late and were UTTERLY RUDE with loud voices in hallway. NO consideration for fellow guests. Also same at 8:00 Am... TACO Bar is a gimmick that is over rated. Lobby had dirty napkins, glasses sitting too long before staff cleaned. Furniture in lobby dirty and worn.

Overall stay was great. Location is great and the taco shop on the first floor was tasty. Only downside is there’s no fridge in the rooms to keep drinks cold and we had no view in our room.

Loved everything about this place!! Clean, loved the games, the drinks and the DJ!! And zombie tacos is a huge plus!! Breakfast lunch or dinner you should go!! I always try to eat different places while traveling broke my own rule and had zombie for dinner twice and breakfast twice that’s how good!!! Loved moxy

This hotel is marketing toward millennials and what they’re doing is working. It’s affordable and still a nice chic little place. Centrally located in downtown, you really don’t need to drive anywhere to have a ball at all the restaurants and bars and even Whole Foods. Moxy has a great bar and taco shop on site too! Rooms are simple but nice. It’s a great property. Will come back here again for sure.

Great place to stay and walking distance to restaurants. Loved it! Also the bartender downstairs in the lounge was amazing his name is cristian and he even took a pic of my fiancé and myself when I told him we were there for our anniversary. Zombie tacos was good too and located inside hotel

Always enjoy the Moxy, very welcoming, modern, clean and always on point. Had a late arrival and managed to get my free drink with check in and some yummy tacos from Zombie Taco. Staff is always top notch and and rooms are clean and comfy. You get a great view and a good shower. Love staying here!

Super fun and funky property. Great staff. Location close to everything. Good use of space in rooms. Really good atmosphere. Excellent bar and games area. Shame they didn't have tea or coffee making facility in room and only have coffee in the lobby downstairs. Don't forget about us tea drinkers, please!!

Hey there Jose, thanks so much for your feedback! We definitely take notes on the things we can do better. We definitely have a different way of doing things, but we did want to let you know that we do have parking on site however it is on a first come, first serve basis. Otherwise, the garage we are partnered with is only two blocks away from the hotel. We hope you will stay with us again!

Everyone was so friendly and accommodating! I loved the bar area and the entertainment at night as well as the lobby activities. I can't thank you enough for the wonderful stay at The Moxy!

Moxy Hotel is a super hipster place. The decor is very inviting and stylish. we loved the free drink at the check in bar. zombie taco was great for early morning and late night eats. The rooms are not standard size, but have everything you need. Very attentive and kind staff members!

Had a very unpleasant stay. Our hotel door “died” in the middle of the night and we were locked out of the room for hours with all of our things in this room. We were offered nothing but a $10 token for breakfast when there was two of us. Overall very unsatisfying stay would not stay here again.

The hotel is was beautiful. The room was cozy and cute. I definitely recommend getting a city view if possible. They have a restaurant, gaming area and a bar. Definitely the place to stay when you visit Chicago.

Every staff member was really warm and welcoming. Loved that this property has so much to do in the lobby so guests don’t have to leave the property if they don’t feel like it . All the food was yummy and fresh. The room I stayed in was perfect for me being a solo traveler. My only complaint was the sheets felt like sand or crumbs were all over them. I could also have called and informed them and get new sheets so that was on me. I would love to stay here again down the road !
