The room smelled like cigarette. The carpet looked dirty. I was there 2 hours and left. They make you sign a contract that says there are absolutely no refunds 10 minutes after checking in.

The guy at the front desk was rude! My room was supposed to be ready for me to check in at 2pm I called and told them I'm spending the day with my family and will be in later, they said it's fine. I get there at 10pm and they tell me very rudely that I have to wait another hour my rooms not done. We waited got to the room and it looks nothing like what was advertised, it looked like a motel 6, like the bad ones you see in movies. Nothing romantic about it the place looks like a brothel.

I really appreciate Brenda, she was so helpful in making my stay at Prestige Inn, in Dolton Illinois enjoyable, she was very professional and courteous i highly recommend Prestige Inn not only because area and location but more importantly because of the great worker like Brenda , to go above and beyond the call of duty just to may sure your stay was enjoyable. After reading the reviews I was hesitant about booking but searching for rooms with a whirlpool or jacuzzi was a bit difficult which is one of the reasons I decided to take a chance. With that being said, I was pleased with the results. The service was friendly at check-in, and the room was clean. The ceiling lights didn't work but the lamp was sufficient. The room was clean although I brought bleach and cleaned the jacuzzi my self. Overall, for the price it was worthit. Bonus the TV had a Prime subscription so I was able to watch my shows. LoL

Overall it was an awesome overniy stay I didn't expect the room to be this nice.. The spa tub was a decent size for two..The staff was polite and helpful.. I will definitely come again!!!

The hotel staff that checked me in was very rood! She was on the phone when I came in and she even threw my ID & Key card back at me through the window. They stay here was great but some of the hotel staff need to fix their attitudes and throwing my ID at me along with my keycard was very disrespectful

I've stayed at Luxe Inn & Suites before. The first time, the staff was friendly, competent, and I knew what I was getting into. The building is old and its a cheap hotel that even has hourly prices, so expectations weren't high. However, the last TWO TIMES we've arranged stays with the Luxe, we were met by an overweight man who treated us like we were an inconvenience to him for existing. When I approached the window, he didn't even get off his cell phone until I had finished talking. He wasn't working, he was just checking messages. He didn't even bother looking up our reservation he just kept repeating, "You'll have to make a new reservation, and reserved rooms arent available until 2pm next day" which didnt help me at all, I was there to get a room for THAT NIGHT. I came to get a room, if you can't help me with that, give your job up to someone who will. I just dont understand why people like this even have a job. Luxe is a great place when the Hotel Staff isn't disrespectful.
