Bathroom is VERY small. Toilet sat low and shower was barely big enough for me to turn around. The shower curtain was inadequate. Water was all over the floor.

I unfortunately walked in to a convention going on and there was no notice. It was chaotic and noisy. My room had to be switched as once I settle in my room it became evident that the room beside me was being used for the conference and people were going in and out of it every 10-15 minutes. Wound up having to switch. They should have thought of that and assigned the conference rooms so it did not interfere with other travelers.

Took almost an hour to check in. They knew due to airport cancelations that there would be large crowd. You know this from history at ohare. Should have had adequate staff on hand. Folks werecall hepful especially shuttle drivers and engineers.

Hello, we do apologize for the long wait to check-in. Unfortunately with the severe weather in the area the airport had cancelled numerous flights which caused the unexpected check-in delays as we worked to get as many people as possible checked in at the same time.

Good, clean property and nice breakfast options. Staff is very nice and helpful. The only thing I didn't like is the small bathroom and the shower area in the rooms.

The Hyatt Regency disappoints, particularly when considering its steep pricing relative to local options. The rooms feel unclean and painfully outdated, urgently needing a modern refresh. As one of the most expensive hotels in the area, it falls short of expectations for comfort and style. The lone highlight in this otherwise lackluster experience is the excellent shuttle service, which operates efficiently and provides a much-needed convenience. Overall, the Hyatt Regency must revamp its accommodations to truly justify its premium rates and align with the quality promised by its renowned brand.

Overall, my experience at the Hyatt Regency in Rosemont, Illinois, was truly exceptional. The combination of exceptional service, luxurious accommodations, and top-notch amenities made my stay memorable and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a first-class experience in the Rosemont area. I was even allowed to bring my dog.

I really didn't like that I had to pay $40/night for parking. It most definitely would have been alot cheaper if I would have booked my stay through a Park Stay and Fly site. I had to pay an extra $200 above and beyond my 2 nights stay!!! Live and Learn!!!! Teena Franzen

The hotel is well managed with great dining including breakfast on site. There is easy access to the Des Plaines River over a foot bridge to a recreational path and nature trails, definitely worth checking out if you have time to unwind or want the exercise option.
