This is the 2nd time we've stayed at this property! Definitely a favorite of ours. My only big complaint: our door keys keep losing their "charge" or something... sometimes we have to go back down the elevator to the front desk and get new keys, which is a little annoying, especially if our hands were full of luggage. Not the first time this happened, which is why I mentioned it.

Our stay at Homewood suites was amazing. We couldnt ask for better. Everybody was friendly, courteous and attentive t9 our needs. However two of their associates were the ones that made the difference: -Mayra, kitchen staff, this lady went above and beyond her duties every single morning during breakfast time. She alone, performed the job of the other two members of the team and still always had the grace to give an smile and asked if she could do something else for almost all of us on the floor, having breakfast. She is a true asset to Homewood and deserves all the recognition. Thank you, Mayra. - Gustavo, at the fromt desk. Ask for him, he will make feel at home. Hard to miss with such distintive mustache. Thank you to both.

We enjoyed our stay. Our room was big, clean, and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were nice and clean as well. Breakfast was hot. There were different options each day, but not as much selection as I would have guessed would be there, but nothing to complain about really. The staff were not rude, but not overly friendly either. Overall it was a quiet stay with clean and comfortable rooms. Would stay there again.

This location was close to everything and very good food around it. Love that it’s right in downtown and you get the Chicago vibes. Would definitely stay here again!

This was our second stay at this location, and we really enjoyed the amenities and proximity to desirable sites. Having a good breakfast every morning with lots of fresh coffee and fruit was a great way to start our days. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean and spacious. Our teenager slept on the pull-out sofa bed, and appreciated the kitchen with a microwave, stovetop and full sized fridge. Our room had a nice view of the city below. The hotel is a few blocks from the Roosevelt T station, the Harold Washington Library, Buckingham Fountain and Grant Park. Millennium Park is a brief walk down Michigan. There are plenty of choices for meals out and a Trader Joe's is a block away. The staff was friendly as always, and accommodated our need to leave our luggage on the last day after we checked out.

The room was nice food was good. Shower would loose water pressure around every 30 seconds. The toilet would make a loud noise every time someone else would use the bathroom. Last but not least I was charged $311 the day I checked out after paying for the room a month in advanced. They still have not sorted that out.

Great for walking to the shed aquarium. Front desk lady was not very welcoming and they did not regulate the pool area very well. Room was clean and great for families.

This was the perfect location to utilize our CityPass for spring break. Short walk to museum campus, Soldier Field, Michigan Ave, Millennium Park, restaurants, shopping & more. We specifically chose this hotel for the kitchenette. Parking was $60-something per day (valet) & you could come & go as often as you wish. The front desk did say there was other public parking in the area too. The smaller pool was always packed with people, so we didn't swim much. The included breakfast was decent every day, but seating was limited.

It was fairly busy because of Spring Break, but the staff went above and beyond to make sure everyone was taken care of and things flowed smoothly. The kids wished that there was a waffle maker, but if that is the only “complaint” then I think that’s pretty good!

The location is perfect for visiting the aquarium and museums. The hotel had all the amenities for a comfortable stay, and the room was very clean and spacious with a nice city view at night. We will definitely stay here again!
