I was assigned a room facing to the street, holy, you could not sleep at all, even the window was closed, you could not stand it at night because of the street traffic noise, which affected my business trip next day. Later, I will not book the hotel through Expedia anymore, in stead, if you need select a good room, I think you should use your membership to book the chain-hotel by yourself, it happened several times, I found when you book the hotel through 3rd party, you can get the worst room

I liked the Custmer Service at check in and check out. The room was clean and the beds nice and comfortable. But, the best was the Welcome and my name on the big tv!

No food options nearby. Shuttle bus doesn’t come to Terminal 5 unless you call them so 45 minute wait plus $20 taxi ride later. Busy street and airport noise from room window.

After a terrible experience with the airline & an unexpected overnight stay without our bags, it was refreshing to end up at this Hampton Inn after a long international flight. The hotel was affordable & had a convenient 24 hr shuttle service. When the front desk concierge found out we didn’t have our bags she put a little bag together for us with tooth brushes, tooth paste, deodorant & razors. It was much appreciated.
