We enjoyed our stay- it was the first time visiting here. The staff accommodated all of our requests. Clean, tastefully decorated, not overwhelming. The only thing we didn't care for was the vacations solicitation in the front lobby. We came to relax and visit family, not receive a sales pitch during our stay.

The first room we stayed in did not have a properly functioning AC and we found a massive cockroach in the room. Upon discussing this with the front desk, we were immediately given a different room. The staff was very responsive, respectful, and helpful with this issue. Overall the staff were the best part of this hotel. I would hesitate to stay here again in the future.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. We loved the free breakfast. If I go back I will definitely stay there again.

Dan at the front desk was very nice. But there were no trolleys available and the walk from the parking lot was tough with all the luggage.

For some apparent reason during this convention, the elevator spent a lot of time being broken jammed or down, Though it could be due to the influx of people from the convention, but last year there wasn't an issue. Our room was missing a microwave plate, but the staff was prompt in getting us. A new one, Breakfast was an issue because a lot of the food. Was not very good. The bacon was extremely charred that they served on one occasion, the eggs were just floating in butter. And for some apparent reason, the orange juice tasted very sour. Though the staff was amazing very helpful, they did everything they possibly could to make the hotel stay as accommodating as possible. Those there were small things that of course was out of their control that made me this day, not as amazing as the previous stays.

Hotel was very clean, quiet and safe. Restaurant and breakfast were excellent. The only problem was that our toilet was a mere 12" height. This is very odd and not easy to use.

The staff was very friendly, the beds were very very comfortable and the sheets crisp and clean. The room itself was in need of some tlc but I’d stay happily stay here again! Walkable distance to Rosemont theater, friendly staff, complimentary breakfast and we even got drink vouchers to their bar. I do wish they had vending machines for snacks at least in the lobby, all they have available is drink vending machines after the gift shops closes.

Overall nice hotel. The doors from the living room area out to the hallway were 1/2 glass and not very soundproofed, so a bit noisy.

Expedia website says parking is complementary, when I checked in at the desk, I asked to make sure it was complementary, I was told it was by the receptionist. One day after my stay I get an email with my invoice and I was billed for parking, it was not cheap.

This hotel does not validate parking for guests staying at the hotel. Be prepared to spend a lot more money on top of the irl room price if you have a car

It was difficult to unpack the car and pack the car from the hotel. They dont allow you to even take the bags out of the car in the front where most allow you too. This was very inconvenient. Besides that everything was great

I like the hotel but am surprised that they sell timeshares by visiting tables at breakfast. Elevators run slow and valet is every half hour. Many people were waiting to board and the bus was filled to capacity. Get there early and stand by curb or people will flood the doors and you will wait for another bus.

Our room had a crack in the wooden door which looked like someone tried to break in previously. It made me sketchy about the room. The room was very outdated and dusty. There was lots of hair on the bathroom floor. And the chairs in the room were stained and disgusting. I don’t think it was worth what we paid at all. We didn’t know parking was an extra fee on top of that. No I would not stay there again.
