House keeping woke us up at 815 to cl a room on a holiday morning-we were only there one night! Very loud guests as well…disappointing

coffee pot did not work, the A/C unit, the fan was too load. the shower glass encloser leak water all over the floor, I cleaned it up. room 133. I reported this to the clerk at the desk and they ask me for a $50 dollar room deposit in case of damage done to the room when I checked in. I sure that is credited back to me. I will think twice before I book again at a Crown Plaza Hotel. We were not happy.

Our room had a leaking air conditioner. The carpet was wet and the room was musty. Staff said there was nothing they could do.

The room smelled moldy and very suffocating. The bathroom fan wasn’t working it was stinking and the engineer came and said it’s gonna take some time. They then moved us to another room and we did, same Issues. The front desk lady was very nice, understanding and helpful. Which made this experience a less painful. And Expedia helped get a full refund since we didn’t spend any time there.

We stayed at this hotel after a Bulls game. The location is great, just of I-55, and the drive AFTER the game is just 25 minutes. The room was clean, quiet, and the pool was nice. Would stay there again.

The staff at the property were very friendly, professional. Room was very clean.
Carpets could use freshening! Disappointed that there is no safe in the room. Breakfast was definitely not worth the price of $16.95/guest. Coffee was great!

We stayed in the jetted tub - King size bed - suite. Everything was great, from Jaime at the front desk to the employees that we encountered throughout the hotel. Everyone was friendly, the suite was ready on time and it was clean, comfortable and updated. We would definitely come back. Thank you!

Not recommend more like a red roof inn
No hot water. Very loud with expressway. No fireproof or soundproof doors. Loud heating system. Very courteous staff though.

Clean hotel. Great location. Big bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion in the bathroom was very convenient. LAX at the front desk was very friendly, and extremely helpful at the check in. He didn't stop there. He recognize me by my name through out our stay. I will certainly stay here again!
