The closest elevator to lobby was out of order, the other elevator had some damage to the walls. Room ok, seen better seen worse.

We are sorry our 1 elevator was out of order. We had to order a new control board and are waiting for it. The other elevator wall is being repaired as soon as the board is in and the other one is up and running.

Very outdated. The only decent part was the breakfast. The bathroom is so small (shower & toilet) the flooring is just gross (wore shoes in my room the entire time) elevator looks like someone kicked in the inside wall in several spots. Staff didn’t seem to understand the point in the covered area at the front of the hotel for check in as we were “highly encouraged” To drive around and enter through a door 7 … which it was kind of raining and the ground was not level and next to impossible to bring our items through the door especially alone. The was one tiny little towel hanger for a room with 4 people…. The one bed seemed to have “pepper” On the sheets … Who knows thankfully we are only there for the one night and upon check out when asked about our stay and we informed them the response was “well that’s too bad” I would not stay there again and I do not recommend this place. How it has the rating it is has is beyond me. The IHOP next door was great

Thank you for your feedback! I am so sorry we did not meet your expectations. Unfortunately our 1st elevator is waiting for a new control board which has been ordered. We are in the process of getting estimates to repair the elevator where the guest has kicked it in. We are sorry you were inconvienced.

The best part of my stay was Mousa the guest service representative. He went above and beyond to help me out of an ant attack in the first room I was checked into. His manager on the other hand, I have nothing nice to say so I will just move on. Mousa deserves a promotion in my honest opinion.

While the stay was nice, some of the cosmetic s of the building and rooms could use some improvement, outdoor pool wasnt cleaned up yet , breakfast was good with several different choices , place is easy to get to off of highway.

The hotel itself and accommodations were wonderful, however the night manager should not be in costumer service. He was rude, dememing to myself and other staff, and does not conduct himself in an appropriate manner. Due to his service I will most likely not stay here again.

The vending machines were not in operation, they didn’t think to let us know when we checked in… we had to purchase warm bottles of water for 2.50 a bottle

The gentleman that checked me in is sooo sweet! He was very personable and when I brought the luggage cart back, he came and got it from me to put away. I walk with a cane and he didn't want me to have to walk all that way! He also brought me a couple of coffee filters when I explained that we forgot to pack some!!

This was a beautiful place to stay that close by a lot of areas. The staff was so friendly, and very helpful. The facility was super clean and the surrounding area was nice. We will definitely return and utilize these hotels in the future.
