Pool water was cold and there was a broken window in the pool area fixed with a towel and wood, kinda weird. Breakfast was alright liked how it was included and they had pancakes and waffles. Bathroom got clogged and they gave us a plunger, that has never happened to us in any other hotel and we’ve stayed at a lot of hotels.

For the price, I still had to buy my own cleaning supplies to clean the stains that was on the couch and the bathtub. The floor could use a little updating as the carpet was coming apart. This was room 402. I over heard other people talking about their room wreaked of cigarette smell. Overall the staff is nice and friendly but rooms aren’t worth the price. Elevators sound like they are about to get stuck g on bf between floor 3/2

Was friendly, clean, convenient walk to decent restaurant. Little bit of an issue with tub draining, but at ck out seemed genuinely concerned and gonna look into fixing it.

Staff were awesome! Continental breakfast was above average. They put us in a handicap room (which we didn’t request). Anytime we went out and came back to our room the keys wouldn’t work. Even after reprogramming it was a 50/50 chance they would work. TV would not change channels unless you stood directly in front of it. TV sound sounds like it was coming out of a blown speaker. Toilet plugged up frequently. I hate to say it, but we will be choosing a different hotel next time we return to the area.

Our first night was not stellar. It began with a large group of school children checking in around 11 PM and being placed in the rooms around us. During this check-in process a key card for our room was erroneously given to someone in that group and they actually were able to open our room door. The kids were quite loud in the hallway. The next two nights were fine. We did hear the rumble of the music from the facilities around us; however, turning on the air conditioner fan was able to drown out the “thumping”. All in all our stay was fine and I probably would not hesitate to book a hotel room here again.

My body is so particular when it comes to mattresses. Most of the time I wake up all night in pain but the mattresses here are SOOOO comfortable! Slept like a baby. Room was clean and updated. Breakfast was pretty good. Would recommend!

I came here for just a day over the weekend for a little get away with my girls and this place was great! The rooms were clean which was very important to me. The front desk was very kind both during check in and check out. It was also very quiet which was nice to not hear all the other guests. Would highly recommend! The hotel is located in a shopping mall and with 3 places to eat. Which is very convenient & the free breakfast was great as well also very clean. Definitely recommend!

This was actually a nice hotel very clean and quiet only thing was the pool was freezing but other than that very nice!

Good: a lot of parking. Very easy to park. There are a decent number is restaurants with in walking distance. Bathrooms and rooms are clean Bad: Very old. Carpets are old and need to be replaced. Breakfast is average at best. Coffee is cheap.

Good value and clean, comfortable room
Nice staff, clean rooms, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was acceptable . No safe in room. Room and third floor had a marijuana smell. I had to open the window and buy a can of Febreeze to mask the smell. That said, I will be staying here again, and would recommend the hotel.

I would have given 4 stars if not: 1. Only 1 person on staff during check-in/evening. Waited in 20 min line and learned it was the same for a few hours on Sat. The lady at the desk said it was normal (she was in good spirits and pleasant). 2. Restaurant/sports bar next door has loud outdoor music every night (even though no one is outside) and hotel outside walls are THIN. I called the business both nights and they turned it off, but you would think that the hotel would help find a solution as I learned it is an ongoing problem. 3. Kids are in pool area unsupervised. We were hoping to swim before checkout and found that it was closed for maintenance as someone trashed the pool the night before. Not surprising as the owner/operator does not prioritize having enough staff or a camera that works in the pool area. It was disappointing to tell a toddler that we can’t swim because the hotel does not monitor the pool area (which also never has towels). Be willing to wait for everything, not swim, and have some general frustration at some point during your stay. Upside was - great staff, good breakfast, nice and clean room, and a safe and secure location.
