The elevator was not working but the front desk girl was so helpful to get us a room on the first floor. The frig did not work. I got in so late why would I read directions on how to use the frig. Apparently, the directions say to flip a light switch. My food spoiled the next day. The last day I stayed there were ants at the breakfast bar.

Very Good breakfast with waffles, scrambled eggs, potatoes, corned beef hash, yogurt, juices, cereals. Bed very comfortable. Good Fitness Room with treadmills, multi-station weight machine, yoga mats. Drawbacks: restaurants are not walkable (Hitachi across the street was closed at 8 pm), waited for 55 minutes for complimentary shuttle.

This stay was everything that I needed after returning back to the States from a 3-week trip to Europe. The hotel shuttle was convenient and faster than what I read in other reviews. My bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was good. They even had room service, but after 20 hours of traveling, I skipped dinner and just showered and went to bed. I had read a review from another woman staying there alone where she was made to feel uncomfortable by a man claiming to be maintenence trying to come into her room. This scared me and should be something that all women traveling alone should be wary of, so I want to note here that nothing like this happened to me during my 1-night stay. My room was on the first floor facing the parking lot, so I immediately shut the curtains so nobody could see in. The room had both a deadbolt and a door stopper thing that wouldn't let it open more than an inch even if someone were able to get past the deadbolt. So fortunately nobody tried to get in my room, and even if they did, I trusted that the door could not be broken into.

Terrible dirty and very rundown Please don't stay here. Then they had the nerve to change my $20.00 to hold my bags while I spent the last day in the city. The staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional

This was by far the worst stay I’ve ever had at any hotel. Upon arrival at 2:46 the desk clerk made us wait to check in until 3pm. He sat at his desk on his phone while I stood in front of him until exactly 3:00 at which time he just gave me my key. The elevators have been out of service for over a month and the staff failed to notify us about that. There were walls in the hallways with the wallpaper missing. Our room was infested with ants and the carpets were sticky and damp. The “convenient shuttle service took an hour to pick us up while we were standing out in cold and rain. We had to call the hotel 3 times before the shuttle actually came, and the person at the front desk was condescending and made it clear he did not care about us. We complained in the morning to the manager and as we were talking to him another guest came to the desk and he ignored us mid-sentence and began helping that customer while we stood beside them frustrated for over 5 minutes until he “had time for us”. In all seriousness it felt like a race issue and it felt as though this individual didn’t take treat us as well as other guests based on the color of our skin. Other hotel staff complained to us during our stay saying how poorly run and awful it was to work in this hotel, and that they were currently trying to find somewhere else to work. DO NOT STAY HERE

The room was just fine. Check in went smoothly. Bed were comfortable. There was only one outlet in the room that would charge our devices. There were two of us with three devices to charge. Was a disappointment only one would not accept the adapter. Only one electrical outlet could be used with our wall plug-in.

I stayed here for an early flight out of O’Hare. It had everything I needed and was quiet and clean. The staff at the front desk were welcoming, friendly and helpful and the shuttle to and from the airport was very convenient, and reliable.

Airport pickup wasn’t smooth. I could not find the information about shuttle rides to and from O’Hare airport. Then I had to wait about 45 minutes after calling the hotel several times before I was picked up. On a positive note, proximity to the airport is good given that it takes about 5 to 10 minutes of commute time

We were looking for inexpensive hotel with shuttle to airport. As a bonus right hotel was right next to Portillos- Chicago Hotdogs. Nothing fancy but looking forward to using our hotel savings overseas. Shuttle runs regularly, staff friendly, room average, hotel feels worn but hotel is a nice one and done for the purpose of catching a flight. Regular waffle- microwave eggs/bacon/potato breakfast. Remember this is right next to airport so you will hear the soft purring of those iron birds 24-7 so bring a sound machine if you sleep light.

There was a small amount of confusion right away where the shuttle was going to pick us up at O'Hare, but we quickly got that resolved (if flying domestic go to door 2E on the first floor of the airport). Once we arrived we had friendly staff and a clean room after a long day of travel. The complimentary breakfast was good and there was no hassle for a late check out. Good experience at a very good price.
