Room smelled like cigarrettes and our a/c unit wasn’t working properly. Elevator was also broken. Which sucked because they put us on the 3rd floor and had to carry our heavy luggage up 3 flighys of stairs.

Worst experience at a hotel, I asked for a smoke free room and the room reaked like smoke, the walls had stains all over the place, the sheets smelled like smoke,were itchy and had brown stains. We asked for a new room and it was the same thing it did not get better. When we asked for a refund they said yes but when I got in contact with Expedia they denied it to me when they said we would get a refund, overall the worst experience and would never recommend this hotel. Expedia was not helpful as well, the hotel said Expedia had to process the refund and they just said it was denied

The room smelled like old socks or dirty mop water. The room full if dust.I had to ask for staff to come clean the toilet and for clean towels. They told me i couldn't check in until 3pm when it was 2:45pm . I was told i couldn't get a room on the first floor because none were available. Another customer checked in 2 minutes after me and was giving a room on the first floor..
