My stay was comfortable. The front desk clerk was a very nice young man who conducted business very professionally with the cordiality one does not expect in a large city. My complaints are few. The room did not look like the one on the website namely the spa tub in the picture was non-existent. The bathroom only had two towels and one washcloth but there were additional washcloths in the sink area.
