My room was very clean but how house keeping had my towels hanging in the bathroom like someone already used them and there were no bathroom mats and it was rust in the bathroom

Had to check in at a little security window in a hallway. Computer was down and had to wait an hour to get our room. Balcony looks like it's about to fall off. Not safe at all. Room smells sour. Absolutely no amenities. Something in the room gave me an allergic reaction.

Absolutely disgusting property, sink was plugged up bathroom sink was broken, bathtub was full of chipped, paint, tiles were coming off, no door knob on the bathroom, many of the lights didn’t work, filthy, horrible pillows, absolutely disgusting

Dead bugs in my shower, no fan for bathroom, booked for 2 adults but only got 1 bath towel 1 wash cloth but for some reason 3 hand towels. Also no tissues in the tissue box

The morning staff was nice and helpful, the night shift person was not so great, just asked for ID, gave us our room card and told us our room number, nothing else. Their toilet was not cleaned. There was rust on the rim. Only gave us two small towels that didn’t look so clean or smelt clean. The bed sheets had stains on it before we even touched it. Soap bar was incredibly small and gross. But they had decent AC, the TV was also okay. If you’re extremely poor then this is the motel for you if you don’t mind being and feeling a little dirty but I honestly I wish I spent that extra 200-300 dollars on a
HOTEL instead of this crusty motel.

Water was dripping in tub, no way to turn off. Floor near bed had a ton of water from under the bed. The mattress was on a slab of wood very uncomfortable. U could hear the person above you flush the toilet, breakfast was just cereal & house keeping knocked 2 hrs before check out. And no receipt was offered

The desk clerk was rude the light's don't work in room and the whole motel has no wifi and the clerk says it's my device and I can leave if im not happy sure at 10pm I checked and the motel doesn't have wifi must of not paid the bill
