The pool was not as pictured, looked to be part of the deck under construction. Advertising Spa but no massage. Seems to be lack of employees. Okay for a quick night stay

Shangri-La Chiang Mai

No idea how this hotel got a 9.2 rating other than how centrally located it is in the old city.
