In the centre of town. Couple of nice shops nearby. Limited parking, but free parking in the road anyway. Secret garden is not a bistro, just a garden nice to sit in. Dinner starts at 20:00 Room needs refurbishing, but excellent water pressure in shower. No English Breakfast as advertised, but good buffet breakfast included. Counted 15 different cakes..... Nice restaurant 100m up the road, but closed on Mondays ☹ Most restaurants close on Mondays….. Only 10-15 min drive to Montepuliciano where we found lots of wine tasting offers.

We booked this property with intention of having dinner the night we arrived. Unfortunately, without any prior notice from the hotel or from Expedia, we were told that the restaurant was closed for dinner, but that breakfast would be served as normal in the morning. The owners, however, were very helpful to suggest an alternative restaurant within a couple of minutes walking distance where we were able to have a pleasant dinner.

Struttura retrò ma pulita e confortevole. Staff molto gentile. Camera rumorosa. Letto comodissimo. Bagno con vasca e doccia ma senza box. Colazione molto buona. Le torte erano buonissime. Mancavano uova e bacon.

Da un 4 stelle ci si aspetta un tipo di camera (grandezza e arredamento) un pò più lussuosa ma posizionato ottimamente per chi ha intenzione di usufruire delle terme sensoriali e gestito da personale disponibilissimo e gentilissimo, cucina ottima. ...consigliatissimo!!!
