"Good communication with management through WhatsApp. The taxi dropped us off one minute from the property. Very cozy top floor with only a few steps. The 2 bedroom unit is very comfortable, the kids enjoyed sleeping in the loft. Air conditioning worked very well. We had everything we needed, the location is wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!"

"We had a great stay in Castello di Velona. I traveled with my dog, the castle has wide gardens for dog walk. We had the room with garden and view on Val d'Orcia, the view is breathtaking and room is big. The massages are superb, the spa and pools are really enjoyable, it's relaxing to watch the vineyard while enjoying the warm thermal waters. Breakfast is high quality. For dinner, the restaurant is ridiculously expensive, they charge Michelin star prices but are far from it: good food but not exceptional if you are use to European standards and consider the price, and windows of the restaurant are dirty (which is a shame with such a view). Montalcino is only 10-15 min drive. Staff is really nice and helping."
