"Easy to find, plenty of parking and in a quiet location. The building is shared between it's elderly residents and paying guests. Keys to the rooms were in named envelopes on the front desk. Spacious, clean room with balcony and well equipped kitchen area. "

"Accueil agréable à l'arrivée même si la question sur le nombre de couchages envoyé 15 jours avant n'a jamais eu de réponse. La chambre de 4 personnes est spacieuse et propre. Toilettes et douche dans le même endroit, en commun sur le pallier. Un peu juste pour y accéder... Beaucoup de bruits à déplorer au petit matin. On entend la route et le coq."

"If you have a chance to stay here, absolutely do it! Inside, it's like a dream . A small, charming chateau, 5 rooms only, with a modern Spa, and a fantastic haute cuisine restaurant. It strikes a great balance between modern, well renovated style and amenities, and preserving it's heritage. Breakfast in the courtyard is small, but good. We will absolutely try to stay again, should the opportunity arise"

"What a terrific staff in an incredibly historical environment steeped in history. We love this place. Moulins is off the beaten path but an amazing little city with tons to offer. Hotel Mercure, in the heart of the city, is a gem!"
