Charming historic building but inside there was a modern hotel with clean and comfortable, well-maintained rooms. It also has ample parking. There is a pleasant bar area and restaurant. This hotel is very good. It is tucked in the outskirts of Ware. The bedroom (in the attached block) was fairly small (was used as a training centre, so no need for large accommodation) but very comfortable, in fact the best nights sleep in a hotel for some time. I don’t have an evening meal here, but the breakfast was very nice, and included in the cost. Overall, highly recommend- I will stay here by choice when I next visit the area.
