"Loved the location and property was pretty, modern, clean and easy parking. Gym was great, but pool was not clean so could not use. Full Kitchen was great to have and mostly stocked. My cons are not many. For the money it would have been nice to have a kitchen towel and more than one kitchen trash bag. Last was poor communication when I wanted to extend my stay, tried through call, text and email and was able to get any response."

I opted to pay upon arrival, yet my card was charged in full 7-10 days before my stay without any explanation. Attempts to resolve this with hotels.com failed; they couldn't contact the company. "We liked the cozy downstairs apartment. It had everything we needed and we even managed to cook successfully. The greatest thing about the place is the fantastic neighborhood. We walked to the museums, monuments and restaurants and felt comfortable sterolling around at night. We would stay here again."
