The staff who checks you in was amazing. The room was so very dirty though. Hand prints on the wall, beard hairs in the sink, body hair in the dresser draw corners, dirty carpet..just overall dirty. I had to go right away to Kroger and clean the room myself because it was the last non smoking room, even though people have clearly smoked in this room.

The one staff member was very pleasant, the only good thing. The first room smelt like dog pee and wasn’t cleaned since there was a pee spot on the floor. The second room we were moved to, was dirty with grease and food splatter all over the place. The bathroom had mice dropping in the corners. Not to be distracted by whole in the bathroom, the same door you have to pick up because the bottom hinges aren't attached…. Overall dirty and doesn’t seemly like they have a dedicated cleaning crew. For the first floor to be “non-smoking” was a joke. People clearly smoking in their rooms. Would not recommend.

I've officially been here a little over a week and i must say it's been great!! Ms. Kelly and her team has been amazing! They are kind, patient, and very professional. New and my kids love it here! Thank you Ms. Kelly for running a smooth place to call home!!!

The overnight stay was ok the rooms were good for the price bed was comfy, however we were awakened by a fire alarm which sounded for 30 minutes no fire thank God. Also there were a numerous amount of live in patrons which should have been listed on site.

Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It appeared that the 2nd floor at least had been updated including our room. This isn't luxury accommodations, very basic. If you need a thick pillow to sleep, bring your own.

I like the Grocery store and the fast food places nearby. I hotel it self was nasty and had a stinky smell. Also the room was Outdated and nasty. The beds looke awful.

The staff was amazing. The room was HORRIBLE. The fridge made lots of noise, the trim between the carpet and tile was coming loose, there was previous holes in the wall and just putty placed not paint.

The staff was extremely nice. The manager went above and beyond to get us a room. However. The room door was broken. You had to lift it to close properly. The toilet leaked. Everywhere smelled like Marijuana. There was fecal matter on the floor by the toilet. The room was not cleaned. Pubic hair on sink. AC did not work correctly. Refrigerator did not keep cold and was all rusted on the side. Spill spots on the floor in front of elevator. Poor water pressure. It had a stove but no pots or pans.

When ever using Hotels app the hotel always tries to give you the worst room in the hotel. We had to look at two rooms to get one satisfactory. No frills like coffee or water. Was clean and functional. The slight smell of weed burning all over the hotel.

Very large cockroaches

We booked several weeks in advance. The day of our arrival a hotel employee called to tell us they could only provide a smoking room that night. That was the only available room to sleep three people. We accepted the room anyway because it was late to change plans. I explained we would be arriving very late. When we arrived we had to call for a desk attendant to come to the desk. The staff was polite. The room had large cockroaches and we weren’t provided sheets or pillows for the pull out couch.

Just stayed a couple of nights. Room has a kitchen and stove top but nothing to be able to use for cooking or eating or drinking. No coffee maker in room. The floor in our room was very sticky so we were afraid to walk around with our white socks on. No ice maker anywhere on the facility grounds. There is a Starbucks near by or a Dunkin Donuts over the interstate. Some Shops are around. The sports bar in the area has good food and nightly specials. The elevator area smells like ganja 24/7. But the staff was really sweet and we didnt feel like this was a sketchy place.

It smelled awful. Dogs urinating in the only elevator the in entire hotel. No smoking in rooms, but burn holes in carpet. Smell in hallway is horrible with massive stains in carpet. Roaches every night on the floor in the bathroom, on the bedroom walls and floor. The freezer worked but not the fridge. Reported that to the front desk and it took them two days to send someone. The phone they have in each room(which is plugged in) doesn't have a dial tone. If you need the front desk you must come down and if there is no one there you are to use a wall phone and dial 500. There was a massive sink leak in the bathroom that kept the floor super wet. I was told by a manager that they only clean every 2 weeks. This building on the out side looks great. I looked at two rooms and they were horrible. All the interior of the building is old and falling apart!
