"Very disappointing. The place was cute inside but thats about it. The cabins are so close to each other, there’s absolutely no privacy. The owner of the cabin walked up on us (3 women) when it was dark to “see if everything was ok” and scared us to death. I have never experienced that at any other cabin rental. It wasn’t cool. The TV was stuck on Spanish and the kitchenette was a joke they had a few paper plates and plastic silverware. No ice. Wouldn’t recommend. "

"We absolutely loved our stay at Copperhead. We will greeted with a warm welcome by Grace, who was just wonderful. Then when we went to the cabin and opened the door, we were absolutely astonished by its beauty and its personal attention to detail. It had everything we needed and plenty that we didn’t. And when we walked into the backyard and noticed that there was a hot tub that was waiting for us Cindy and I were both excited and enjoyed it. There was only one downside. We only were able to stay for one night. We are definitely coming back and spreading the word to our family and friends. Thanks again for a wonderful experience "

"The breakfast staff were great. So friendly. The front desk was very helpful. The location is spot on! On our last night we realized that there was no shampoo, so maybe need to check when readying the room. We didn’t need until the 2nd night and it was too late to get. Also the floor in the room was a little sticky perhaps the mop wasn’t as clean? All in all though we had a great time and love the hotel."

"The staff was friendly and helpful. Check-in was easy. The resort is beautiful. Cabins are not on top of each other. It is convenient having the restaurants on the property and we appreciated breakfast being included in the price. We stayed in Cabin 12. The hot tub was wonderful, the cabin was nice, but we were disappointed in a few things. The price is quite high for the cabin, and we expect things to work. The coffee maker did not work, so we had no coffee our first morning. We got a replacement coffee maker later in the day. The fireplace should have started with a simple turn of the dial on the wall. It was completely shut off. Fortunately, we had some experience with gas fireplaces and got it started, but it took a considerable amount of time. The volume control on tv remote would not work the entire weekend. Suddenly, it worked the morning we left as we signed out of apps. The pillows were very flat. New pillows or additional pillows would be great on a king bed. Location is great for things in the area. Cabin was clean. Needed some updating and maintenance crew should be certain all items are functioning prior to visitors arriving."

"This has been one of the most memorable places we have stayed away from the city. The place was clean, and staff was very helpful. We will totally be back in a future to this amazing gate away. "
