"The staff at reception was efficient and friendly. The breakfast was pleasant and well-serviced. The location across from the train station was very convenient and the sound proofing of the hotel meant that the trains were not an intrusion. The Metro is right next door and gets you around easily. "

"View of the lake is amazing. Location of the hotel is a bit out of town so not a lot you can walk to easily. Right next to the jazz but currently under construction."

"It would be nice to have a bigger fridge. There was no coffee maker and not enough garbage cans. (They were tiny). The steam room was not working and the pool gone. (Under renovation). The restaurant had limited selection and no late night options. The room was good but we were next to elevator. The hair dryer plug doesn’t fit in socket and the sink didn’t drain."

"Mountain View was super impressive! Room was clean, and staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The ambience of the hotel brings you back to the charm and luxury of hotels in the past, without the large price tag. I would definitely stay there again."
