The hotel wasn’t acting like a 5* hotel. The facilities are good but the staff was extremely rude and incompetent. Ailemle gittim , 2 yıldır üst üste gidiyoruz. Konum ve şartları çok yeterli. Resepsiyon çok yardımcı oldu. Giriş saatinden önce ofaları hazırlayıp verdiler. Özellikle resepsiyondaki hanımefendi her konuda çok yardımcı oldu.
