"Gatlinburg location is perfect to walk downtown. Seen momma bear & cubs up the street from hotel -- on the drive Roaring Fork. Hotel room/bed was perfect. Indoor/outdoor dining on the rooftop was perfect. Outdoor 17' TV was perfect to watch Football. Yes, 17 FEET! Firepit has comfy chairs. Too busy to try the heated pool. Stayed 4 nights, would definitely recommend & will stay again!"

"The rooms are very big and has a beautiful view. Lots of great amenities and very friendly staff. We can’t wait to go back. Highly recommended. The only down fall was that we weren’t there 10 minutes and my daughter & I got stuck in the elevator for an hour. Thank u Gatlinburg Firefighters coming to our rescue. We really did wish that they had security or someone in the office after 5:00pm. Accidents do happen but took a little bit to get ahold of someone when we got stuck so had to call 911."

"Very nice hotel far away from the main strip that it was quiet at nights but still easily walkable to all the shops and restaurants. BE CAREFUL OF PARKING. The parking lot and garage are very tight. If you bring a larger vehicle, it's probably best to park in the lot next door (which is allowable). Rooms were very clean and beds were comfy. And lovely views, too. We would stay here again."
