"Otelin konumu güzel. Ancak resepsiyon berbat. Dil bilmiyorlar, sürekli hata yaptılar, yanlış oda verdiler, akşam tiyatroda olduğumuzu söylememize rağmen mesajla ve arayarak gecemizi rezil ettiler. Telafi etmek yerine bize tekrar valiz toplattılar. Taksi çağırmak için yardım istedik, yine hata yaptılar, taksici bizimle kavga etti. Yani resepsiyon gezimizi mahvetti."

Our “room” was like a whole apartment, the bedroom, living room and bathroom were all separated compared to a lot of hotels we would stay at. Our stay that we paid for also came with the free breakfast buffet. The staff was also very friendly. We did takeout a couple times and a robot would come deliver to our room."
